Jen’s Pantry

I won’t lie – I have stuff in my pantry from six months ago or longer that I just refuse to get rid of, since it’s still perfectly good and I might use it one day. This stuff mostly consists of flours that I rarely use because of our particular lifestyle, which you can read about here.

We cook 95% of our own meals (from breakfast to dinner), and a large majority of our grocery bill each week is fresh produce.

My pantry is jammed full (what can I say? I overestimate my need for food items), but here are the only things that I really always have on hand:

Gluten Free Flour Mix (Here is the link for the recipe I use)
Rolled Oats
Brown Sugar
White Sugar
Corn Starch
Baking Powder/Soda
Cocoa Powder
Polenta/Cornmeal
Quinoa
Slivered Almonds
Corn Pasta
Olive Oil (EVOO) and Coconut Oil
Hot Sauce
Gluten Free Soy Sauce
Vinegar – Balsalmic, White Wine, Red Wine, Apple Cider
Peanut Butter
Eggs
Shredded Cheese/Feta Cheese
Half and Half
Plain, Unsweetened Almond Milk

Oh, and I almost forgot. Wine. Lots of wine.
